Cave de Chaintré 2011 **
Founded in 1928 on the site of a Gallo-Roman villa, which was one of the most important wine-producing estates in the region at that time, the Cave de Chaintré is one of the oldest cooperatives in France.
A new Sales area, in the center of which you can admire the remains of the villa, was inaugurated in 2010. Well placed, you will find here this seductive golden and brilliant cuvee. The nose on white flowers and then acidulated notes, introduces a lively and frank, spicy and floral mouth. Well structured, this wine will gain in quality after two or three years.
