Beauvernay Reserve 2011 **
The cooperative winery of Juliénas has been installed since 1960 in the “Château du Bois de la Salle”, a former priory from 18th century. For several years now it has imposed itself as the engine of the appellation. This is confirmed by its small elite cuvée of 2ha. This 2011 of a deep garnet charmed tasters by its fresh bouquet with notes of red and black fruits. Well balanced, its palate is fresh, smooth, rich and full, with silky tannins. A pleasant wine but also a wine of Terroir, it can be enjoyed within the year, accompanying a terrine. The Saint-Amour 2011 “Tradition du Bois de la Salle” (25 000 b.) of the cellar is cited for its fruity and balanced palate and for its freshness.
